there are two runs that were filed as October when in fact they took place in March on the Nike + site. I notcied alot of people posting about similar nano problems & the mod over there corrected them manually, however theyre still incorrectly listed on Slowgeek. Is this something that has to be done manually here also or is it something that will auto correct when the site is updated?

I cache things on this end for quite a while with the assumption that once a run has been completed and uploaded to Nike it is unlikely to change. In exceptional cases like this one I have to go in and manually clear the cached version which I have done now. They should be showing up correctly now.
