Can anyone recommend a program to allow me to copy files to/from the touch? I'd prefer not to jailbreak the thing but if I have to....

Looking to put some manually entered runs up since I'm also using a Garmin 305 to track some runs as well.

    Thx

It is my understanding that jailbreaking is the only way.

What would be nice is to understand where iTunes puts the files before it uploads them to Nike+. I'm assuming it does put the files somewhere on the hard disk as you can tell it not to upload to Nike+. Of course, it may just leave them on the iPod until you tell it to send them to Nike+.

I've used http://www.iphone-explorer.com/ to add Nike+ xml files from nikeplusedit.com to my iPod Touch.

I have just discovered iPhone Folders which will let you access the run data stored on your iPod Touch and so could also be used with nikeplusedit.com
