I've just run 5k. When I came home I tried to synchronize my run but at that moment my computer and ipod both crashed. After that my run seems to be gone from my Ipod. I mounted it to see if I can find it but nothing there in the synched folder. The only trace I can find is in the folder quickstarts, there is a file with the date/filename of today, my latest run. Do you have any idea how to get my run back?

Nothing in the "latest" folder?
What does the file in the quickstarts folder look like?

Hi, nope, latest folder is empty.
the file name is something like: 2009-08-05 07;56;42.qst Unfortunately even the .qst file is gone now, since I had to format my ipod completely because it completely crashed and I forgot to backup the files from my Nike+
